Becca, I visit this bread site often. So far, their posts have been pretty true to what I have made. (if they say it is good, it usually is. if they say it is heavy, it usually is, if they say the dough rose super duper high, mine usually does too) I have never made oat bread, is this the kind you are looking for? It is kind of fancy schmansy for my liking and requires a few (i think) unnecessary steps. But the bread tastes good and has lots of good stuff in it.
