This recipe is soooo easy and tastes yum!
6 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup brown sugar
mix everything together and cook in crock pot for about 5 hours. Serve with white rice and stir fry veggies.
