1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup non instant rice (I used brown rice)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 peppers
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbs. worcestershire sauce
Wash peppers and cut of top. Scrape insides clean.
In a bowl mix turkey, rice, salt and pepper. Stuff mixture inside of pepper.
Place peppers in a crock pot. Pour tomato soup and worcestershire sauce over peppers. Cook on low 6 hours.
