1/2 can of unsweetened pineapple (use the fruit and the juice)
1/2 cup low fat coconut or almond milk
1 cup ice
1 ripe banana
your favorite protein powder (naturally sweetened)
Few generous handfuls of washed spinach
spoonful of coconut oil
Blend together and serve. YUM! My kids especially love these! If you want an extra punch of coconut flavor add a teeny bit of coconut extract.
