Yummmmo! We have been eating lots and lots of salads, this jazzes them right up for me. Its so good. Just toss everything into your food processor. This recipe came from allrecipes.com
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 3/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (I use grapeseed)
